Nature Moment

Nature Moment
Spending time outdoors can help you slow down, feel calm, and reconnect with yourself. Even imagining a peaceful outdoor space makes you feel better. Taking time to notice the world around you can improve your mood and help you manage stress. It could be as simple as a breeze, a sound, or the feeling of the ground beneath you.
This activity invites you to pause, tune in to nature, and notice what’s around you.
