This activity helps you explore your screen habits and notice how they affect your well-being. You’ll also get to try small actions that support balance through a fun bingo game.
What you’ll do:
- Play a round of screentime bingo.
- Complete activities that help you manage, make meaningful choices, and be mindful about your screen time.
- The goal is to try as many as you can during the week and reflect on what worked best for you.
